  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after placement, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed the following business day.
  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates and Delivery:

  • Free Shipping: Free shipping is available on all orders above ₹15,000
  • For orders below this threshold, standard shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
  • Standard delivery takes 5-10 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping Partners:

We work with trusted delivery partners, ensuring reliable and timely delivery to your doorstep.

International Shipping:

  • Currently, we only ship within India. However, we plan to expand our shipping services internationally soon.

Delivery Delays:

  • While we strive to meet our delivery timeframes, factors like weather, public holidays, or unforeseen disruptions may occasionally cause delays. In such cases, we will notify you by email.

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. You can track your shipment status using the carrier’s tracking tool.

Undeliverable Packages:

If a package is returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees. We will contact you to update the address and arrange for reshipping.

Damaged or Lost Shipments:

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage, and we will help with a replacement or refund.
  • For lost packages, reach out to our support team, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
